After a near three hour basketball game between the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Clippers, all types of people were chiming in on the tactic Rockets Head Coach Kevin McHale used early and often throughout the first half. Game 4 between the Rockets and Clippers would have certainly exceeded the three hour mark had it not been for a dominating second half performance by the Clippers, propelling them to a 128-95 victory. 2015 NBA Playoff Predictions
The best time of the year is finally here for professional basketball fans: the NBA Playoffs. This year brings some intriguing first round matchups, but not as many the NBA could have had if they took some of my advice.
This is going to be a great couple months of competitive basketball, and now that I all of the matchups are set its time for me to stop hiding and make some picks. Remember, these playoffs are as much about who’s playing who as any. A 7-game series format ensures the team playing the best come April, May and June usually win. Enjoy!
Mock NBA Playoffs
The 2015 NBA Playoffs are set and the first round has some intriguing matchups. Instead of making my picks for the real playoffs (which I will have up Saturday) I decided to take the 16 teams in this year’s NBA Playoffs and try to come up with a new and improved way the NBA could make their playoff’s even more interested than they already are.
A little sneak preview for the real NBA Playoffs: obviously Spurs – Clippers is going to be one of the best series in the first round, but watch out for sneaky-entertaining series out of Rockets-Mavs and Hawks-Nets.
